    • Bay Marine Electronics Ltd is seeking an experienced Marine Electronics Technician to join our growing installation team.

    This is an exciting opportunity to work with the latest marine electronics from world-leading brands including Garmin, Furuno, Simrad and Minn Kota, installing cutting-edge technology on vessels ranging from small recreational boats through to large commercial and luxury vessels.

    The Role

    You'll be responsible for:
    • Installing marine electronic systems to a high professional standard.
    • Fault finding, servicing and repairing marine electronic equipment.
    • Working independently on installations and service work.
    • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely and with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Maintaining strong customer relationships while representing Bay Marine Electronics professionally.
    • Keeping up to date with the latest product releases and emerging technologies.
    About You

    The successful applicant will:
    • Have experience installing marine electronic equipment.
    • Be confident working unsupervised and managing jobs independently.
    • Take pride in producing high-quality workmanship.
    • Have excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
    • Be reliable, motivated and well organised.
    • Hold a current driver's licence.
    • Have strong communication skills and enjoy working directly with customers.
    Experience with Garmin, Furuno, Simrad, Minn Kota or other major marine electronics brands would be highly regarded.
