    • About the opportunity

    This role sits within a growing managed services environment with a center of gravity in Microsoft cloud solutions supporting a diverse customer base across multiple regions.

    The focus is on building and maintaining well-structured, stable environments - where preventative work is prioritised and reactive support is reduced over time. The team works across a broad range of technologies and industries, with a strong emphasis on consistency, documentation, and operational quality.

    That strong base unlocks our professional services team (including this role) to deliver varied, interesting, and reliable solutions for customers. This varies greatly and spans cloud policy and/or environment setup and migration, M365 policy, device management, networking, AI related tooling, on-premises decommissions, and many other areas.

    What you'll be responsible for:
    • Mostly, onboarding and project work for our managed services customers delivering to their validated requirements (~70%). 
    • Being the final authority for complex technical issues if they need to be escalated from tech support (~10%)
    • Designing solutions to suit customers needs (~10%)
    • Professional development - both improving internal systems and explicitly developing your skillset (~10%)
    What good looks like:
    • Experience working across multiple environments (e.g. MSP or similar)
    • Comfortable building and taking ownership of systems rather than working only on assigned tickets
    • A proactive approach - focused on reducing issues rather than just resolving them
    • Able to work through technical problems methodically and independently
    • Produces clear, practical documentation that others can follow
    • Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    Working environment

    This is a fully on-site role based in Albany, Auckland. The team operates in-office to support collaboration, knowledge sharing, and consistency in delivery.
