    The Role

    As the Feilding Branch Manager, you will dual-role as our Finance Manager, leading and developing both the vehicle sales and finance departments. You will drive performance and ensure operational excellence across new and used vehicle sales, while directly managing finance and insurance (F&I) lending and compliance. You will also oversee the Parts and Service department, with support of the Group Service and Parts managers.

    What we are looking for:
    • Evidence of experience and superior performance in the role of Vehicle Sales Manager / Fleet Manager and/or Finance  in a franchise dealership operation.
    • Proven automotive sales success of 5 years plus in new vehicles / vehicle sales and/or finance.
    • Accomplished leadership skills demonstrating the ability to positively motivate and lead a small to medium team to achieve Dealership KPI's.
    • In depth knowledge of new and pre-owned sales vehicle operation and/or Finance.
    • Ensuring sharp process's, attention to detail, follow-up, and pipeline management across the team.
    • A commercial mindset and comfortable working to targets, KPIs, and stock forecasts & reporting.
    • Driving daily performance, sales results, and customer experience standards.
    • Leading, coaching, and developing the sales team.
    • High personal drive, strong presentation, and a hands-on approach.
    • Maintain working relationships with the manufacture and suppliers.
    Responsibilities:
    • As Branch Manager, you will also have sole charge of the Finance department to maximise overall dealership results.
    • Lead, coach, and motivate all departments (Sales, Finance and Parts and Service) to achieve and exceed targets.
    • Desk deals and manage pricing, stock control, and gross profit performance.
    • Monitor and improve KPIs including unit sales, gross, penetration rates, and Customer One CX.
    • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, compliance and franchise processes.
    • Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.
