Are you a qualified diesel mechanic with a knack for handling a wide array of vehicles, including heavy-duty ones? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you within our renowned drilling company's maintenance team.
Your Role:
Every day brings something new and exciting in this dynamic and diverse environment, blending maintenance and breakdown tasks. As a mechanic, you'll be responsible for the upkeep of our extensive fleet of vehicles, along with ancillary and heavy equipment.
What We Require:- A qualified diesel mechanic with a proven track record in working with diesel vehicles.
- Willingness to respond promptly to occasional call-outs, which may fall outside regular working hours.
What You'll Need to Succeed:- Team player mentality, thriving in a collaborative work setting.
- Adaptability to perform tasks outdoors and in less-than-ideal conditions.
Highly Regarded:- Experienced with computerised maintenance systems
- Hydraulic experience (preferred).
This position is open to candidates eligible to work in New Zealand and is located in Pukekohe.
