    This isn't just another administration role. You'll be supporting our sales and property management teams, helping keep the office running smoothly, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service every day.

    About the role

    This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 5.15pm.

    No two days are quite the same. One minute you'll be preparing marketing, the next you'll be helping a client, supporting our team, organising documents, solving problems or keeping everything running behind the scenes.

    If you enjoy variety, you'll love this role.

    We're looking for someone who:
    • Has previous administration experience
    • Has outstanding attention to detail
    • Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
    • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Is confident using computers and enjoys learning new systems
    • Can manage multiple tasks and priorities without losing their cool
    • Uses initiative and enjoys solving problems
    • Is organised, reliable and dependable
    • Brings a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
    • Loves helping people and providing exceptional customer service
    Experience in real estate?

    That's a bonus, but it's certainly not essential.
