About Us
Brandstand is a leading provider of exhibition stands, display solutions, signage, lightboxes, branded merchandise and visual environments. We work with commercial clients, government agencies, retailers and event organisers to create innovative display solutions that make brands stand out.
We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and marketing activities while helping grow our brand.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on position supporting both our sales and marketing teams. You'll help coordinate marketing campaigns, create content, maintain our website and social media, prepare sales material, manage customer enquiries and support business development activities as well as assisting the larger sales team with administration support.
Your responsibilities will include:- Preparing quotes, proposals and sales administration.
- Maintaining our CRM and researching prospective clients.
- Assisting with customer enquiries, supplier liaison and general office support.
- Assisting with answering the phone and the door
- Generating purchase orders and assisting the wider sales team with administration tasks
- Preparing presentations and proposals for the sales team
- Assisting with email marketing, social media and website updates.
- Creating marketing content, brochures and sales collateral.
- Supporting trade shows, promotions and project photography.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:- Organised, proactive and eager to learn.
- A confident communicator with strong writing skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems and social media.
- Experienced with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
- Qualified in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design or a related field and/or experienced in a similar role.
