TAK Flooring is a proud, locally owned Dunedin business specialising in commercial flooring projects.
We're looking for a customer-focused, solutions-driven professional to join our team as a Contracts / Project Manager.
This is a varied role that combines contract management, project delivery, and problem-solving. We're looking for someone who thinks outside the square, works well with others, and never says, "It's not my problem."

About the Role
Reporting to the Directors, you will manage projects from quotation through to completion, including:- Preparing estimates, quotations, and contract documentation.
- Measuring projects from plans and on-site visits.
- Coordinating materials, labour, and installation programmes.
- Managing client relationships and project expectations.
- Working closely with site teams, contractors, and consultants.
- Managing variations, progress claims, and project risks.
- Supporting and promoting a strong health and safety culture.
About You
You will ideally have experience in contracts, project management, construction, flooring, or a related industry, along with:- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset.
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- A commitment to customer service and teamwork.
- A full New Zealand driver's licence.
