  • TM Academy Ltd are looking for an experienced Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing people, processes, compliance, and finance. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting the day-to-day operations of a growing training organisation.

    What You'll Bring:
    • Experience within a PTE, education, training, or compliance-driven environment
    • Strong accounting, reconciliation, and administrative expertise
    • Confidence managing day-to-day HR administration (with external HR support available)
    • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support an administration team
    • Experience overseeing quality systems, reporting, and compliance requirements
    • Exceptional organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Current New Zealand working rights
    You'll be responsible for:
    • Leading office operations and administration functions
    • Managing accounts, reconciliations, and reporting activities
    • Coordinating HR administration and supporting people processes
    • Maintaining compliance, quality systems, and operational excellence
    • Supporting leadership with accurate reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
