Auto Super Shoppes is one of New Zealand's leading automotive workshop networks, supporting over 120 independently owned workshops throughout the country. Our support office provides a wide range of services to help our members succeed, and we're looking for an organised, reliable, positive and customer-focused person to join our team.
This is a newly structured role that has been created to facilitate further growth. Tasks are varied where no two days are the same. You'll be an important part of our Member Services team, providing exceptional support to our members while helping support the management team.
About the role
As one of the first points of contact for our members, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining the professional reputation of Auto Super Shoppes. As the primary support to our Membership Manager, you'll help coordinate member engagement activities, meetings and travel, prepare reports and documentation, and support initiatives that help our members make the most of their Auto Super Shoppes membership.
This is a busy, office-based role which requires a strong attendance record.
Your responsibilities will include:- Providing friendly and professional customer service to customers, members and other business partners
- Responding to member enquiries and directing requests to the appropriate people
- Coordinating member merchandise and promotional material orders
- Assisting with member communications and announcements
- Maintaining accurate databases and member records
- Coordinating travel arrangements and assisting with member visit planning
- Preparing visit reports and maintaining operational records
- Assisting with conferences, meetings and member events
- Supporting the wider team with general administration and office coordination
About you
You'll be someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
Ideally you'll have:- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt as business needs change
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
- Previous administration or customer service experience is essential
