  • We are a high-performing, fast-paced real estate team seeking an exceptional Senior Administrator / Personal Assistant to support two leading salespeople alongside a team of four administrators.

    This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings strong business acumen, and can proactively manage competing priorities with confidence and professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide high-level administrative and personal support
    • Coordinate and oversee daily workflows across a team of four administrators
    • Manage schedules, appointments, and client communications
    • Prepare presentations, reports, and property documentation
    • Act as a key liaison between sales people, clients, and internal team members
    • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations in a fast-moving office environment
    • Monitor priorities, anticipate requirements and resolve issues proactively
    About You

    What We're Looking For:
    • Proven experience in a senior PA, executive assistant, or leading business role
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of professional environments
    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
    • Experience in real estate (preferred but not essential)
    This is a fixed term maternity leave cover position working approx. 25 hours per week.
