    What You'll Actually Be Doing

    Get stuff moving. You'll be the backbone of our yard operations - organising stock, picking and packing orders, loading trucks, maintaining equipment, and keeping things ticking over smoothly. It's hands-on, varied work where you'll see the direct impact of what you do.

    Look after our customers. You'll be the face of Central ITM for our customers. Clear communication, reliable service, and genuine helpfulness - that's what sets us apart from the rest. You'll be addressing delivery needs and making sure people walk away satisfied.

    Keep it safe and clean. We take health and safety seriously because we actually care about our people. You'll play a key role in maintaining a safe, well-organised yard.

    Bonus opportunity. Got a Class 2 driver's licence? Excellent. If you do, truck driving can become part of your role, giving you more variety and flexibility in helping the team.
