    The Role

    You'll be responsible for managing your own pipeline and delivering consistent results across:
    • Vehicle sales
    • Gross profit
    • Finance & Insurance penetration
    • Lead conversion
    • Customer satisfaction
    Day to day, you will:
    • Build strong relationships and understand customer needs
    • Guide customers confidently through the buying process
    • Follow up every lead with urgency and professionalism
    • Maintain high product knowledge and market awareness
    • Deliver a seamless handover and post-sale experience
    About You
