Landwork Solutions Ltd has been delivering civil works, site development and rural earthworks across the Lower North Island since 2015. Based on the Kapiti Coast, we work across Kapiti, Horowhenua, Manawatū and Whanganui, earning a reputation for quality workmanship, practical solutions and getting the job done right the first time.

As our workload continues to grow, we're looking to strengthen our team with an experienced Digger Operator.

The Role

This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll be involved in a range of projects including subdivisions, site works, excavation, rural access tracks, roading, driveways, landscaping and general earthworks throughout the region.

Hours are generally Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, with occasional weekend work available when required.

About You

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows initiative and is willing to get stuck in wherever required.

You'll be confident operating machinery and understand that being part of a successful team sometimes means jumping out of the cab and helping on the ground when needed. Reliability, a positive attitude and a commitment to quality workmanship are all important to us.

To be considered, you'll ideally have:

Proven digger / excavator operating experience
Experience within civil construction, earthworks or a related industry
WTR endorsements
A strong commitment to health and safety
Good communication skills and a team-focused and positive attitude

Experience operating a range of machinery including rollers, graders, tractors or mulchers will be advantageous.
