    The Role

    As our Senior Operator / Project Lead, you'll be the person who keeps projects running smoothly from start to finish. You'll lead crews on-site, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, communicate with clients, and ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

    This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to make decisions, solve problems, and take pride in delivering exceptional results.

    What You'll Bring:
    • Proven experience in landscaping, civil construction, earthworks or a related trade
    • Previous experience leading crews or managing project sites
    • Experienced Digger Operator
    • Strong organisational and communication skills
    • A commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
    • Ability to read plans and coordinate work effectively
    • A positive attitude and solutions-focused approach
    • Current driver's licence
