We are now seeking a Business Support / Personal Assistant to become a key part of this high-performing environment.

    About the Role

    This is far more than administration - you will be the backbone of a fast-paced, top-tier rural sales business.

    Your key responsibilities include:
    • Agent & Team Support: Preparing submissions and rural contracts, processing listings, and providing high-level day-to-day support
    • Marketing & Brand Execution: Coordinating social media, campaigns, and marketing collateral to maintain a premium Bayleys brand presence
    • Continuous Improvement: Contributing ideas and insights in team meetings to enhance performance and client experience
    About You

    You are highly organised, detail-driven, and thrive in a high-performance environment.

    This role will suit someone who has experience in the property industry or a related field.

    You will also bring:
    • Relevant experience: Minimum 3 years in rural administration, real estate, or a strong rural working background
    • Licence: A current real estate licence is desirable but not essential.
    • Exceptional attention to detail: Strong proofreading skills with a focus on producing high-quality, professional work
    • Organisation and time management: The ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Client-focused approach: Proactive, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding service
    • Calm and capable under pressure: You handle busy periods with confidence and a positive attitude
      Tech-savvy and discreet: Comfortable with systems, creative, and experienced working in a confidential environment
