    • We are looking for a Tractor Parts Sales Person to join our team in Kamo, Whangarei.

    Our team thrives on solving customers' problems and getting their tractors and machinery up and running as quickly as possible. We have strong growth plans and need someone who can come on board and hit the ground running.
    If you don't have parts experience as such but know tractors and machinery well, we could make that work.

    WHAT'S ON OFFER?:
    • Monday to Friday only, $30+ per hour + ongoing personal development.
    • This is a full-time position (up to 42.5 hours per week) between 7.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday - we value our weekends.
    • Location: Kamo, Whangarei
    • Pay: $30+ per hour.
    THE ROLE

    No two days are the same, but the core of what you'll be doing includes:
    • Frontline sales and customer service for new tractor parts, including through our online channel
    • Research price and availability of new parts from suppliers
    • Handling used parts enquiries - pricing and availability
    • Building and maintaining great relationships with customers
    • Stock control and inwards goods
    WHAT YOU'LL BRING

    You're likely to have some of these qualities:
    • Strong communication skills and a genuine focus on customer service
    • Good attention to detail and accuracy
    • Comfortable with computers and picking up new systems
    • A continuous learning mindset
    For this role you will need NZ residency or a valid NZ Work Visa. A full NZ Driver's Licence is required.

    AgSpares are based in Kamo, Whangarei and are an established reseller of new and used tractor parts, servicing New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific.

    We are a small family business with a flat structure and no Head Office telling us what to do. We have been supplying parts to farmers, mechanics and contractors for over 30 years and are proud of the relationships we've built along the way. The business is growing and we're looking for the right person to grow with us.
