  • Are you highly organised, proactive and looking for a role where no two days are the same?

    An exciting opportunity exists for a full-time Personal Assistant to join a high-performing real estate business within the Bayleys Wanaka team.

    This is a varied and fast-paced position providing administrative, marketing and client support in one of New Zealand's most dynamic property markets. You'll become an integral part of a successful business, helping deliver exceptional service while ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

    The ideal candidate will be:
    • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
    • Proactive, self-motivated and able to use initiative
    • Professional, personable and trustworthy
    • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
    • Confident working independently while contributing to a team environment
    You will also have:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and Adobe Suite
    • Experience in social media management and production
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • A high level of discretion and professionalism
    • The ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
    Experience in real estate, administration, sales support, marketing, Canva, CRM databases or social media management would be advantageous, but attitude, adaptability and a willingness to learn are equally important.

    This position is 40 hours per week and would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of their role, being part of a successful team and embracing the Wanaka lifestyle while building a rewarding career.
