About the Role
You'll be involved in a variety of residential building projects across the Kapiti Coast, including:- Large renovations and extensions
- New home builds
- Recladding projects
- Pole sheds
No two days are the same, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills across a diverse range of construction work.

Essential Requirements:- Qualified builder or 3rd-year apprentice
- Own basic builder's toolkit
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills when working with clients and subcontractors
- Full, current driver's licence
