We are seeking an experienced Nursery Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operational and maintenance functions of our nursery. Working closely alongside our Nursery Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the nursery environment, infrastructure, systems, and teams operate efficiently to support the successful growth and presentation of our plants.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong people management, operational planning, and a passion for maintaining high standards across all aspects of nursery operations.
About the role:- Deliver an exceptional product for our customers
- Oversee nursery operations to ensure standards are achieved
- Assess market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Coach and mentor team members to help them develop their skills
- Motivate and drive the team to exceed targets
- Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed
- Effective inventory management across site
- Foster a positive and efficient work culture
