  • Tranzliquid provide industry-leading product stewardship transport across New Zealand. A unique opportunity has arisen, and we are now seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to join our current team to coordinate our bulk fuel delivery network. From our Tauranga-based hub you will ensure customers safely and reliably receive their fuel requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Inventory Management: Monitor and oversee the network of fuel levels, manage customer dip importations, and reconcile planned versus delivered volumes.
    • Planning & Scheduling: Develop efficient fuel delivery plans to optimize fleet resource efficiency and productivity.
    • Supply & Allocations: Monitor terminal fuel allocations, proactively address supply issues, and oversee bunker supplies.
    • Safety & Compliance: Manage and maintain Journey Management Plans (JMP), manage and monitor worktime compliance, and process follow up on identified site hazards.
    • Administration & Accuracy: Maintain 100% data integrity for customer orders, load plans, KPI reporting, and operator roster updates. Administer leave approvals for operators.
    • Operational Control: Coordinate with fleet management on maintenance requirements, manage and actively address delivery incidents, and oversee new site first-deliveries.
    • Expansion: Manage new delivery site setups and oversee critical first-delivery protocols.
    • Performance Tracking: Generate and analyze data-driven KPI reporting to optimize operational efficiency.
    Key Requirements:
    • Compliance Knowledge: Sound working knowledge of NZ transport worktime requirements, fatigue management, and logbook rules.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient Microsoft Excel skills for data tracking, with fuel scheduling system experience highly regarded.
    • Team & Problem Solving: A strong team player with proven capability in problem-solving techniques and exceptional attention to detail.
    • Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience in transport or bulk liquid logistics.
    • Roster Flexibility: Able to commit to a 7-day rotating roster, including mandatory weekend work.
    • Industry Experience: Background in transport logistics, heavy fleet dispatch, or bulk liquid/dangerous goods distribution beneficial.
    • Sharp Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in managing load plans, orders, and regulatory paperwork.
    • Communication Skills: Calm under pressure with the ability to coordinate operators, terminal staff, and high-value clients.
    • Work Eligibility: Applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
