    About the Role

    An exciting opportunity has become available within our Customer Experience team following an internal promotion. Based in our brand-new, purpose-built Thames office this is a fast-paced customer focused role supporting customers with sales enquiries, order processing, and service support. While industry experience isn't required, you'll bring confidence on the phone, a solutions-focused mindset, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
    • Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently
    • Support stock control activities, including returns processing
    • Maintain accurate records within the in NetSuite ERP system
    To be successful in this role, you will have:
    • Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service environment, with a proven ability to deliver excellent customer outcomes
    • A confident and professional phone manner, with strong verbal communication skills
    • Competence using MS Office and confidence learning new systems (experience with NetSuite is advantageous)
    • Strong organisation skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
    • A calm, solutions-focused approach, with strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
