    About the role

    You'll be responsible for managing a residential property portfolio across New Plymouth and surrounding areas, ensuring landlords and tenants receive outstanding service and support.

    Your responsibilities will include:
    • Building and maintaining positive relationships with landlords and tenants
    • Coordinating property maintenance and repairs
    • Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
    • Managing rent arrears and issuing notices when required
    • Advertising available rental properties
    • Tenant screening, vetting and onboarding
    • Responding to tenant enquiries and requests
    • Maintaining accurate documentation and tenancy records
    • Ensuring compliance requirements are met and up to date
    About you

    We're looking for someone who is professional, proactive, and enjoys working with a wide variety of people. Experience in property management is advantageous, but not essential. More importantly, you'll bring a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to learn.

    To be successful in this role, you'll have:

    A current, clean Full New Zealand Driver's Licence is essential.
