We're looking for a motivated and organised Property Manager to join our friendly team. Whether you're an experienced Property Manager or come from a strong administrative, customer service, hospitality, real estate, project coordination, or similar background, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role
You'll be responsible for managing a residential property portfolio across New Plymouth and surrounding areas, ensuring landlords and tenants receive outstanding service and support.
Your responsibilities will include:- Building and maintaining positive relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs
- Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
- Managing rent arrears and issuing notices when required
- Advertising available rental properties
- Tenant screening, vetting and onboarding
- Responding to tenant enquiries and requests
- Maintaining accurate documentation and tenancy records
- Ensuring compliance requirements are met and up to date
About you
We're looking for someone who is professional, proactive, and enjoys working with a wide variety of people. Experience in property management is advantageous, but not essential. More importantly, you'll bring a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to learn.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- The ability to confidently manage challenging situations and resolve problems
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems

A current, clean Full New Zealand Driver's Licence is essential.
