About TF Group
TF Group Ltd is a New Zealand-owned specialist manufacturer and distributor of protective coatings, supplying the automotive and furniture markets. Based in Albany, we're a growing business looking for the right person to join our sales team.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Account Manager / Sales professional to manage all aspects of our clients' requirements, including sales, training, and troubleshooting. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in growing and maintaining our client relationships, primarily across the central and upper North Island.
This is a full-time position requiring approximately 2-4 nights of travel per month (predominantly central and upper North Island, though not limited to this region).
What You'll Do:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Generate sales and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver client presentations
- Provide product training
- Resolve client queries promptly and professionally
What We're Looking For:- Proven experience in a similar sales or account management role
- Strong business development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Great written and verbal skills, with a genuine ability to listen and understand client needs
- A full driver's licence and willingness to travel
