    • Coromandel Beaches Realty is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our established Harcourts Whitianga team.

    This is an exciting opportunity for a successful real estate professional ready to take the next step into leadership, or an experienced Branch Manager looking for a rewarding challenge with genuine long-term opportunities.

    About the Role

    As Branch Manager, you will:
    • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop our sales consultants.
    • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve outstanding sales results.
    • Drive business growth, market share, and client satisfaction.
    • Conduct sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
    • Ensure compliance with industry legislation and company standards.
    • Contribute to the wider leadership team and ongoing business development.
    About You

    You will have:
    • A current Branch Manager Licence.
    • A full New Zealand Driver Licence.
    • Proven success in real estate sales.
    • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
    • The ability to motivate and inspire others.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused approach.
    • Integrity, accountability, and a willingness to lead from the front - someone who walks the talk.
