    Already got some sales experience under your belt? Comfortable picking up the phone and turning conversations into real opportunities? Perfect. Our team is growing fast, the leads are there, and we need someone who's ready to get stuck in from day one.

    At Safety 'n Action, we help thousands of Kiwis every year stay safe at work through practical, hands-on health & safety training that genuinely makes a difference. This is a permanent, full-time role based on Auckland's North Shore, working Monday to Friday with a minimum guaranteed 40 hour week. Demand is strong, our database is rich with opportunity, and we're looking for a confident telesales professional who can connect with organisations and help them find the right training solutions.

    This isn't a "learn what sales is" role - it's for someone who already has telesales or outbound sales experience, understands targets, and enjoys the buzz of converting conversations into bookings. If you're proactive, organised, and motivated by results, you'll thrive here.

    What you'll do:
    • Proactively call organisations to discuss their health & safety training needs
    • Re-engage existing and lapsed clients
    • Follow up warm leads and marketing campaigns
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant courses
    • Keep your pipeline humming in our CRM
    • Help drive course bookings and revenue growth

    • Previous telesales or outbound sales experience
    • Confidence and credibility on the phone
    • A results-focused mindset and comfort working to targets
    • Strong organisation and follow-up skills
