    Ray White Eastern Group requires an exceptional front-line Administrator to join our Botany branch.

    This position plays a critical role in the day to day running of a large, busy and successful team, in particular the processing of real estate campaigns, which means you will be working closely with each sales team member. You will also be responsible for handling various day to day administration duties and general support to our experienced real estate sales team.

    You will be the front face of the branch, therefore we are looking for a friendly, energetic team player who knows how to recreate an outstanding customer experience and handle a fast paced office environment. In addition you will be part of a cohesive team of administrative staff across the group, which comprises six offices.

    While knowledge of VaultRE and Monday.com, along with previous experience working in the Real Estate industry would be an advantage, it is not essential - what's most important to us is that you have the customer service skills, can-do attitude and enthusiasm that we're looking for.

    To succeed in this role you will also need:
    • A solid background in administration or customer service
    • Ability to develop and maintain productive and harmonious working relationships with individuals at all levels
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Problem-solving attitude with impeccable attention to detail
    • Adaptability and the ability to prioritise workload
    • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
    • Ability to work unsupervised and display initiative while also being a team player
    • Strong computer skills
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, manage workflow and meet deadlines
    This is a full time role working 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday.
