  • Ray White Five AM Group comprising 6 offices in East Auckland and 2 offices in the Bays (St Heliers and Mission Bay) is a busy, close-knit real estate team that loves what we do. No two days look the same here, and that's exactly how we like it. We are looking for a full time and a part time (20 hours) PA who's experienced enough to hit the ground running, but flexible enough to go with the flow when priorities shift.

    Location: East Auckland, Bays (St Heliers)

    Hours: Full-time & Part TimeĀ

    About the roles:
    • Day-to-day support for our agents - diary management, correspondence, and keeping everything moving
    • Helping coordinate listings, open homes, and the general flow of a busy real estate office
    • Preparing documents, emails, and client communications in a timely way
    • Liaising with vendors, buyers, and other parties to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
    • Utilising technology & a variety of Ray White systems
    • Jumping in where needed, this role wears a few hats and that's part of the fun
    Who we're looking for:
    • Someone with PA experience who is comfortable in a fast-moving environment
    • Canva skills an advantage
    • A person who rolls with change.
    • Good with tech and happy to pick up new systems as we grow
    • A clear communicator, friendly, professional, and reliable
    • Someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and doesn't need to be micromanaged
    • Real estate experience is a bonus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn matters more
