    • Max Coverage Orchard Services specialises in orchard protection structures including artificial shelters, windbreak systems, and overhead canopies.

    We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable service throughout the horticulture industry. Our team works across a wide range of projects throughout the Bay of Plenty using modern equipment and systems built to last.

    We're currently on the lookout for an experienced installer to join our crew building orchard covers and windbreak shelters.

    Experience building orchard covers and shelter structures is preferred. Hydralada operation is a must.

    The right pay will be paid based on experience, work ethic, reliability, and attitude.

    We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
    • Experience building orchard covers and shelter structures
    • Hydralada operating experience
    • A good level of fitness - this is physical work
    • Reliability, common sense, and a strong work ethic
    • Ability to work well within a team
    • A positive, can-do attitude
    • Full driver's licence preferred
    • Availability to work weekends when required is a must, especially during busy periods or weather delays
