Join the team at CSL, a well established company and leading provider in the installation and maintenance of smart infrastructure including Traffic Signals, Streetlighting, CCTV, Electronic signs and anything ITS and electrical in the road reserve.
We're currently seeking a Contract Support Coordinator to join our Auckland team on a 12-month fixed term basis.
This role sits at the heart of our operational delivery function, providing essential coordination and administrative support to Project Managers and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support multiple operational functions, including:
Delivery & Project Support:- Assist with RAMM data entry (preventative and reactive works)
- Support job close-out documentation, redlines, and as-built collation
- Assist with basic site communications and letter drops
- Support Project Managers with scheduling, planning, and coordination tasks
Coordination & Administration:- Assist with procurement administration and purchase orders
- Coordinate supplier, subcontractor, and logistics support activities
- Support client communication and meeting coordination
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Systems & Data Management:- Maintain project data and documentation in systems such as GreenTree, RAMM, SharePoint, and Engage
- Ensure accurate filing, labelling, and version control of documents
- Support reporting, tracking, and operational updates
- Assist with milestone tracking and status reporting
Operational Support:- Assist with traffic management coordination and scheduling support
- Help track work clashes, disruptions, and approvals
- Support TMP submissions and coordination processes
- Assist with asset inspections, compliance tracking, and reporting
Health, Safety & Compliance:- Follow all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and SWMS
- Report hazards, incidents, and near misses immediately
- Participate in toolbox meetings, inductions, and safety training
- Support a strong safety-first culture across all activities

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
You will ideally have:- 1-3 years' experience in administration, coordination, or support roles
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A willingness to learn systems, processes, and infrastructure operations
- A positive, can-do attitude and team-focused mindset
