    Position Summary

    This is a full-time administration and sales support role within a fast-paced real estate environment.

    Working closely alongside Julian, the wider Team Blanchard team, and the Harcourts Blackham & Co team, you will play a key role in ensuring listings, client communication, administration, and day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

    This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys administration, organisation, multitasking, and supporting a high-performing team behind the scenes. No two days are the same, and success in this role will come from your ability to stay organised, adaptable, detail-focused, and proactive under pressure.

    You will be involved in team social media content, property-related tasks outside the office, and occasional after-hours work events, so confidence in team environments and a willingness to get involved is important.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Providing administration and coordination support across the team
    • Assisting with property listings, documentation, and client communication
    • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a fast-paced real estate business
    • Coordinating property-related tasks and team logistics
    • Delivering a professional and personalised client experience
    • Supporting schedules, systems, and operational organisation
    • Assisting with occasional client-facing, team, and after-hours activities
    What We're Looking For

    Essential:
    • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • A proactive and adaptable approach to work
    • Strong communication skills - professional, warm, and confident
    • Comfortable working under pressure and adjusting to changing priorities
    • A genuine team player willing to jump in where needed
    • Confidence using Apple devices including iPhone, iPad, and MacBook
    • Confidence appearing in occasional social media or team-related content
    • A valid NZ driver's licence and confidence driving throughout South Canterbury
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
    • Presentable, professional, and reliable
    Preferred:
    • Previous experience in administration, coordination, customer service, or real estate support
    • Experience in a fast-paced office or client-facing environment
    • Familiarity with systems such as Trello, Slack, Canva, Adobe Suite
    • Experience managing documents, schedules, or business administration processes
