Brewer Builders is continuing to grow, and with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, we're looking for an experienced LBP Foreman to lead our Christchurch-based sites.
This role suits a motivated leader who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and enjoys guiding teams to deliver outstanding results. An immediate or negotiated start is available.

The Role
As Foreman, you'll oversee a variety of residential and commercial projects, including:- High-end architectural homes
- Multi-unit developments
- Renovations, extensions, and repairs
- Commercial fit-outs
- Re-levelling and earthquake strengthening work
You'll be responsible for leading site teams, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
About You
You'll bring proven leadership and hands-on building experience, along with:- Trade-qualified Carpentry Certificate
- LBP status (preferred)
- 4-5+ years' experience in residential and/or commercial construction
- Current Site Safe and First Aid certificates
- Full NZ driver's licence and own tools
- Strong communication skills and a professional, reliable approach
- A clean criminal history and ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
