We're seeking an additional customer service focused Service Advisor to join our Kia and Holden Service Centre in Napier. Full training is available.
Key Responsibilities:- Engaging with customers and staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Booking service and repair appointments.
- Quotations, costing and invoice completion.
- Liaising between our Workshop Technicians and customers ensuring they are kept well informed of their vehicles progress during service and/or repair.
- Providing support and direction as required to the Service Manager and a team of Service Advisors.
Requirements:- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full drivers licence
