At Waikato Office Products Depot we are proudly New Zealand owned and locally operated. As a member of the Office Products Depot buying group, we have access to over 100,000 quality products, allowing us to deliver outstanding service and solutions to our customers.
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Team Member to join our busy warehouse team.
This is a varied, hands-on role that combines both inwards goods and dispatch responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and wants to build a long-term career in warehousing and distribution.
As an important member of our team, you will help ensure stock flows efficiently into and out of the business, enabling us to maintain the high service standards our customers expect.
Your key responsibilities will include:- Receiving and processing incoming stock
- Checking deliveries and accurately receipting goods
- Organising and putting stock away
- Processing dispatch and freight consignments
- Outwards goods picking and packing
- Backorder management
- Stocktaking and inventory control
- General warehouse duties
- Assisting with maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
To be successful in this role, you will have:- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good pace, energy, and physical fitness
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- A customer-focused approach
- Initiative and a "Can Do, Will Do" attitude
- A forklift licence would be advantageous, but is not essential
