Brook Carr Building is looking for an experienced Renovations Foreman to take ownership of our renovation and alteration projects across Central Otago.
This role is ideal for someone wanting to move up from a carpenter role and take on more restorability's or someone who enjoys running their own jobs, takes pride in high-quality workmanship, and can confidently manage renovation projects from start to finish while working alongside clients, subcontractors and our management team.
You'll be responsible for:
Managing renovation and alteration projects day-to-day
Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers onsite
Carrying out high-level carpentry and detailed finishing work
Ordering and managing materials
Running multiple projects at once
Maintaining strong communication and organisation across jobs
Delivering projects to a high standard of workmanship and presentation
When renovation projects are quieter or between stages, you'll work alongside and support our wider Brook Carr Building team across our architectural and residential projects.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Carpenter
Proven renovation experience is essential
Strong eye for detail and workmanship
Ability to work independently and problem solve
Good communication and organisational skills
Ability to lead subcontractors and manage workflow onsite
Positive attitude and pride in your work
Full NZ driver licence
