Since 1997, EnergySmart has delivered tens of thousands of insulation retrofits to New Zealand families and has been a major Service Provider for the Government funded insulation programmes. More recently, EnergySmart has ventured into Heat Pumps, EV car chargers and Ventilation and has expanded from retrofitting to new build construction.

    About the Role

    We're looking for a confident, capable, and solutions-focused Branch Scheduler to support the day-to-day operations of our Hamilton branch, currently a team of 17. This is a fast-paced role where you will coordinate job scheduling, manage communications, and ensure smooth administrative processes.

    Our branch has a great team who deliver hundreds of insulation and heat pump installations each year. This role is perfect for someone who loves coordinating people and schedules, takes ownership, solves problems proactively and enjoys being the go-to person in a busy environment. This role is 40 hours per week, with a start time of 7.00am or earlier.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for scheduling all jobs for insulation and electrical installations (on average 10 per day) ensuring appropriate level of work is organised for staff as efficiently as possible
    • Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
    • Liaise regularly with installers, contractors and customers, ensuring an excellent customer service experience
    • Proactively resolve installation-related issues
    • Process timesheets
    • Handle branch enquiries
    • Support the Branch Manager with general administration
    About You:
    • Proven scheduling experience (construction/trades environment preferred)
    • Strong communication and first-rate customer service skills, especially over the phone
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    • The ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
    • Positive and solutions-oriented mindset
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital systems, previous experience of HubSpot desirable
    • Customer-focused attitude
    • Full or Restricted Driver's Licence
