We are looking for a hands-on, high-energy Service Manager to lead our Auckland workshop team based in Mt Wellington.
This role is perfect for someone with a workshop background (automotive or similar) who is ready to step up, lead a team, and grow into a management position. Industry experience in MHE or construction equipment is a bonus but not essential.
What you will be doing:- Leading and supporting workshop technicians
- Coordinating servicing, repairs, and breakdowns
- Keeping jobs on track and customers informed
- Managing workflow, WIP, and workshop performance
- Handling quotes, estimates, and admin
What we are looking for:- Workshop experience + natural leadership ability
- Someone motivated, enthusiastic, and team-focused
- Strong organisation and communication skills
