We are currently looking for a qualified Engineering Tradesperson to join our team in a permanent, full-time position.
About the Role

- Working independently and as part of wider project teams
- Representing Bleeker & Weith professionally on client sites
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:- A trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication, Fitting & Turning, or similar

- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and fabrication processes
- Strong commitment to quality workmanship and safe work practices
- Full driver licence
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred but not essential:- Stainless fabrication experience
- Pipework experience
- Shutdown/project work experience
- TIG welding capability
- Site installation experience
In return, we can offer:- Permanent full-time employment with steady workflow
- Competitive remuneration based on skills and experience
- Overtime rates and additional hours available when required

- Varied engineering work across workshop and site environments
- Exposure to industrial, shutdown, and project-based work
- A strong team of experienced tradespeople and practical leadership
- Organised systems and structured workflow
- Supportive team environment without excessive bureaucracy or micromanagement
- Stable long-term opportunity with a business continuing to grow and invest in its people
If you're a qualified tradesperson looking for stable work, technical variety, and a team that values quality workmanship and good people, we'd like to hear from you.
