We are looking for an organised, people-focused person to join our team at COMBER AND COMBER.
We are a busy interior design and home staging studio, so finding the right personality and fit is just as important to us as experience.
Initially, this role will focus on:- Invoicing and accounts administration
- Debt collection and following up on outstanding accounts
- Maintaining positive client relationships and communication
- Supporting smooth day-to-day business operations
As the role develops, there may be opportunities to take on additional coordination and operational responsibilities within the business.
We are looking for someone who:- Is highly organised and detail-oriented
- Communicates professionally, warmly, and confidently
- Can handle debt collection in a respectful and relationship-focused way
- Is proactive and happy to take ownership of tasks
- Enjoys working within a creative, fast-paced business
- Has strong computer skills and can pick up systems quickly
- Has previous administration, accounts, or coordination experience (preferred, but not essential for the right person)
This is not a corporate admin role. Our studio is collaborative, creative, and people-focused, so we are looking for someone who will genuinely enjoy being part of the team and contribute positively to our culture.
This is a part-time role of 25 hours per week. Candidates will need to be available Monday to Friday, however the distribution of hours across those days is flexible. The role has potential to grow over time.
