We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing BYD team in Christchurch. This is an exciting opportunity to work with innovative vehicles that customers are genuinely excited about.
You'll be responsible for:
Delivering exceptional customer experiences from enquiry through to delivery
Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
Managing leads and following up opportunities in a timely manner
Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right BYD vehicle
Achieving sales targets and contributing to a high-performing team environment
Weekend work is required.
We're looking for someone with:
Previous vehicle sales experience preferred, but not essential
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence using lead management systems and digital sales tools
A driven, positive attitude and passion for delivering results
A genuine interest in EVs and the future of automotive technology
Full, clean drivers licence
