What We're Looking For
To hit the ground running, ideally, you'll have:- 2-3+ years of roofing experience
- The ability to read plans, measure roofs, and draw flashings
- A proactive attitude and solution-focused mindset
- The ability to take feedback positively and continue improving
- A strong work ethic - understanding that some days require everyone to dig deep to support the team and hit deadlines
- A clean driver's licence
