Cutting Edge Tiling NZ is seeking an experienced and motivated Tiler to join our growing team based in Silverdale, working across premium residential and architectural projects throughout Auckland.

We are ideally looking to fill this role on a subcontractor basis, however a wages position may be considered for the right person.

About the Role

You'll be working across a range of residential new builds, renovations and high-end architectural projects, delivering exceptional tiling work to a high standard.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can confidently manage their own workflow, communicate well on site and contribute positively to the wider team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Cutting and installing tiles to a high standard
Screeding, levelling and substrate preparation
Waterproofing internal wet areas
Mixing and applying adhesives, grouts and compounds
Silicone finishing and detailing
Quality assurance throughout projects
Material sourcing when required
Working collaboratively with team members and other trades
Managing and running smaller projects independently

What We're Looking For

You will:

Have a minimum of 10 years' tiling experience
Take pride in your workmanship and attention to detail
Be honest, reliable, hardworking and loyal
Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Be organised, punctual and self-motivated
Be confident reading plans and setting out work
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Have strong English communication skills
Hold a Driver Licence
Be physically fit and capable of site-based work
Present yourself professionally on site and with clients
