    About the Role:
    • Design and create premium marketing material across print and digital platforms
    • Manage social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
    • Support sales agents with listing proposals, marketing campaigns, and client presentations
    • Maintain website listings across Premium.co.nz, Trade Me, realestate.co.nz, and offshore platforms
    • Ensure all marketing meets brand standards, legal requirements, and publication deadlines
    • Train and support staff on marketing systems and processes, including CRM platforms
    • Assist with newsletters, brochures, signboards, and digital content creation
    • Work collaboratively with the wider administration and marketing team to deliver an exceptional client experience
    About You:
    • Have 3+ years' experience in marketing and graphic design
    • A relevant Marketing or Graphic Design qualification is highly regarded
    • Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
    • Confident using Canva, Microsoft Word, Excel, and digital platforms
    • Skilled in social media management and digital marketing
    • Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
    • Strong eye for design, typography, and branding consistency
    • Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing deadlines
    • Experience with CRM systems (VaultRE advantageous)
    • Real estate industry experience preferred
    • Positive, collaborative team player with strong communication skills
