About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Quinovic Property Management team as a Residential Property Manager in our Albany, Auckland office. As a Residential Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a seamless experience for both property owners and tenants. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and the chance to grow your career in the dynamic property management industry.
What you'll be doing:- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including liaising with owners, tenants, and contractors
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with all relevant laws and regulations
- Market and advertise properties to secure high-quality tenants
- Conduct property inspections and handle tenant queries and issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to property owners
- Assist with the leasing process, including preparing tenancy agreements and handling bond transactions
- Collaborate with the wider team to continuously improve processes and provide excellent customer service
What we're looking for:- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant legislation
- Proficient in using property management software and digital tools
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for property management
- Full Driver's License
