Seven-month fixed term maternity cover role with possible extension
Hands-on role supporting major weekly auction events
At Harcourts Holmwood, performance, professionalism, and people are at the centre of everything we do.
We're looking for a proactive, creative superstar to join our inhouse Marketing team. Your responsibilities will include a variety of essential tasks that contribute to the smooth running of the Holmwood franchise for a Fixed Term of seven months, with the possibility of this term being extended.
You'll be the go-to when it comes to:
Creative concepts and collateral for in-house events, whilst maintaining brand identity using the Adobe Creative Suite
Updating PowerPoint slides and preparing our auction room for weekly company-wide meetings
Running the Auction Day desk, updating the screen with bids as they occur (using Auctions Live), ordering and preparing client gifts, creating the Order of Sale book (using Adobe InDesign).
Collaboration with the Marketing team to ensure all other deadlines are met and tasks completed in a timely manner.
We're looking for someone who has:
Thorough knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign) as well as Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint and Excel)
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills
The ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Copy writing experience would be advantageous
Real estate experience and knowledge of RE Software's Auctions Live platform would be a bonus but is not essential.
