About Us:
Precision Group is a Wellington-based, NZ-owned family company that has been delivering quality roofing and trade services for years. We're a tight team who genuinely look out for each other - guided by our values of Care, Respect, Trust and Loyalty. You'll join experienced crews working on interesting, varied projects across the region, with the backing of a company that invests in its people.
What you'll do:- Predominately residential with some commercial roofing installation, repairs and maintenance
- Chimney and flashing work.
- Asbestos removal (Class B) - full training & certification support provided for the right candidate
- Work safely and efficiently across residential and commercial sites
- Representing Precision Group professionally with our clients
Who we're looking for:
Essential:- Minimum 2 years' hands-on roofing experience (residential or commercial)
- Current NZ Drivers licence
- Strong safety awareness - you follow the rules because you care, not because you have to
- Good communicator who works well in a team and independently
- NZ work rights (Citizens, Residents, and open work visa holders welcome)
Preferred (not required - we'll consider you without these):- NZ Certificate in Roofing Level 3 or 4 (or working towards it)
- Asbestos Removal Class B licence - or openness to obtain it (we'll support you)
- Experience across multiple roofing materials (iron, tile, membrane, butynol)
