The Smits Group is looking for a Marketing & Creative Specialist to join our in-house team based in East Tamaki.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role working across multiple automotive brands, products, events and digital platforms throughout New Zealand and Australia.

What You'll Be Doing
This role combines graphic design, digital marketing, content creation and event support into one dynamic position.
You'll be involved in:- Designing digital and print marketing material
- Creating EDMs, banners, catalogues, brochures, presentations and promotional campaigns
- Managing and optimising Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Creating content for websites, social media and ecommerce platforms
- Assisting with trade shows, launches, events and promotional activations
- Product photography, editing and video content creation
- Maintaining website and Shopify content across multiple brands
- Supporting social media management and community engagement
- Creating B2B presentations and marketing collateral
- Working alongside suppliers and internal teams to deliver campaigns and brand initiatives
What We're Looking For:- Strong graphic design skills with a great eye for layout and branding
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)
- Experience running Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Confidence creating content across digital, print and social platforms
- Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify
- Video editing, photography or animation skills would be highly regarded
- Experience with Mailchimp or similar EDM platforms
- A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge in AI aided marketing
- Preference for someone who is a genuine car enthusiast or has automotive industry experience
