    We have an excellent opportunity for an Account Manager/Sales Rep to join our team!

    About the opportunity:

    You'll be the face of our company half of Auckland and parts of the wider Waikato/Bay of Plenty region (we also have another account manager in this region), visiting & marketing our products directly to a wide range of industry professionals: business owners, cabinetmakers, craftsmen, architects & designers.

    You'll be located in Auckland (probably towards East or South Auckland, Pokeno or Bombay area). As the role covers regions outside of Auckland, you'll be on the road a lot, typically travelling a few days every few weeks.

    After you receive thorough training & induction to our products & systems, you will be responsible for promoting existing and new products within the region, growing existing accounts, looking for new opportunities & establishing strong relationships with customers. This will include a well-developed call cycle, strategic planning & occasional evening industry networking events.

    About you:

    The successful candidate will have an outgoing personality and strong desire to provide exceptional support, solutions and value to our customers. You will be someone who loves to find solutions, understanding the way that customers operate, to help them grow their business & ours.

    You will be self-motivated, proactive, confident, persistent, and have a positive outlook on life & the economy.

    Your driven personality and ability to get along easily with the Industry/Trades, related clients & team members is essential. You don't need to be from the trade; however, you must be a quick learner and willing to learn the industry & product.

    You'll likely have a background in sales, but you may also be an awesome, motivated individual looking for a career change:
    • Be based in East/South Auckland, or North Waikato.
    • Hold a Full or Restricted driver's licence
    • Honesty and strong core values
    • Outstanding personal presentation
    • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
