About the Role
We're on the lookout for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to support the financial management of a range of upcoming projects. You'll work closely with our project managers, site teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure our builds are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare budgets, cost plans, and financial reports
- Measure and quantify from plans and specifications
- Manage subcontractor tendering, procurement, and payments
- Track project costs, variations, and progress claims
- Provide cost advice and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
About You:- 3-5 years' NZ-based Quantity Surveying experience
- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Commercial and residential construction experience essential
- Healthcare/medical project experience advantageous
- Sound knowledge of NZS3910 and local construction processes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative team
