    This role has become available after our long-term Property Manager moved out of the area after several successful years with us, and we're looking for the right person to become part of our long-term future.

    We manage an established portfolio of quality properties that is well maintained, well organised, and well respected. Our systems and processes are strong, our inspections are thorough, and we believe in doing things properly and with care.

    Importantly, our Property Managers are backed by excellent administrative support, allowing them to focus on relationships, inspections, communication, and proactively managing properties - rather than drowning in paperwork and constant firefighting. You'll also work closely with a trusted network of local tradespeople and contractors who are an important part of how we care for our properties.

    Experience in property management is helpful, but attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail are just as important.
