Pyramid Trucking Ltd is seeking professional, reliable, and experienced Linehaul Drivers to join our growing team based in Te Aroha.
Established in 1995, Pyramid Trucking began as a specialist refrigerated by-product transport company operating a single truck for one client. Today, we proudly operate a fleet of 28 across the north, delivering exceptional service to the meat and associated industries.

About the Role
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to meet operational and client demands, including:- Night driving
- Weekend work
Key Responsibilities:- Operate a variety of vehicle configurations up to 23 metres in length
- Safely transport perishable goods
- Secure loads using chains and restraints
- Complete daily pre-trip inspections and reporting
- Maintain equipment to a high standard
- Use electronic logbooks and POD systems
- Load pallets, tanks, and steel bins using a forklift
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies
What You'll Need:- Current NZ Class 5 Driver Licence
- Proven flat deck linehaul experience
- Ability to work independently and on night shifts
- Good level of physical fitness
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to safety and professionalism
- Ability to pass pre-employment checks including:
- Drug testing
- Ministry of Justice checks
- Reference checks
Preferred but Not Essential:- Dangerous Goods (DG) endorsement
- Forklift licence
